We preserve our farm's rhubarb to enjoy the flavor all year round as a simple syrup. It is tasty added to sparkling water as a homemade rhubarb soda, great in a vinaigrette or we are partial to it mixed with rye whiskey (or other mixers) for a Rhubarb 'n Rye.
