Crunchy and tangy our heirloom rhubarb tends to be longer stalks than most. We encourage you to think out of the pie when it comes to rhubarb -- try it pickled, thinly sliced in salads, roasted, in cocktails etc.
FYI -- We often get asked how much for a pie. A typical 1 lb bunch often yields around 4 cups of chopped rhubarb. If you are combining with another fruit one bunch is probably enough. If you are doing strait rhubarb, you may want 1.5 -2 bunches (?).
